1The problem
Young Ghanaians entering the gig and freelancing economy lacked the digital literacy and AI tool proficiency needed to compete on global platforms. Without structured training, many were unable to translate their potential into sustainable income.
2What we delivered
Working with Africonsult under a GIZ-supported programme, DigiTransact designed and delivered an intensive training curriculum covering freelancing platforms, AI-powered productivity tools, digital entrepreneurship and practical project execution. Participants received hands-on mentoring and portfolio-building support.
The result
Over 60 young people completed the programme, equipped with practical skills to earn income through digital channels. The partnership demonstrated a scalable model for AI-enhanced youth employment programmes.
