Senior leaders across Ghana's public enterprises — from Finance to Climate & Sustainability — lacked practical understanding of how AI could improve service delivery, policy analysis and internal operations. Decision-making on technology investments was slowed by uncertainty and skills gaps.
2What we delivered
DigiTransact delivered a comprehensive AI & Future of Work training programme to the Public Enterprises Agency, reaching senior officials across 10+ government institutions including the Ministry of Finance, Civil Service, and Climate & Sustainability offices. The programme covered AI fundamentals, practical use cases for government, responsible deployment and hands-on workshops.
The result
Government leaders gained actionable AI knowledge to inform technology strategy and procurement decisions. The engagement established DigiTransact as a trusted partner for public-sector AI capability building in Ghana.
